Purpose

GiftMeThis is a free service that lets families create gift lists for their children and share them with relatives and friends, so that each gift is reserved by one person only and there are no duplicates. Lists are managed in the mobile app; relatives open them from their browser through a private link.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the giftmethis.app website. Use of the service itself is governed by the Terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy.

Intellectual and industrial property

The code, design, texts, trademarks, logos, icons and other elements of GiftMeThis belong to the owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public or transformed without express authorisation, except where the law allows it.

Content that users enter into the service (gift names, notes, images and links) remains theirs; the Terms of use explain the limited licence they grant so that the content can be displayed.

Amazon and any other store and product trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners. GiftMeThis is not sponsored or endorsed by them.

Liability and external links

The owner works to keep the service available and the information correct, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. Prices and product availability shown are indicative and depend on each store.

Purchase links lead to third-party sites (for example Amazon) over which the owner has no control. When you leave GiftMeThis, the terms and privacy policies of those stores apply.

Some purchase links are affiliate links: the price for the buyer is the same and GiftMeThis may earn a commission. More information in the Affiliate disclosure.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that are competent under the applicable rules; if the user is a consumer, those of their place of residence.
